Our Visa client has many clients of their own. So for the 2023 Women’s World Cup — we got the opportunity to work on a co-marketing campaign for both Visa and Wells Fargo.
Our journey to getting this campaign made had it all:
- concepting around an athlete
- scheduling around an in-season athlete
- losing our athlete, one week from our shoot, due to an in-game injury
- reconcepting around a new athlete (Sophia!)
- losing our director & locations due to rescheduling
- a pregnant creative getting closer and closer to her due date (me!)
- a bubble braid rattail
As the Associate Creative Director, I guided the team through it all... until my baby arrived, during post-production.
It was an exciting ride and at the end of the day, I made a cute baby and a couple commercials following US soccer star Sophia Smith as she scored cash back on her pre-game purchases.
